Gym and Spa for Private residence, St John’s Wood, London

I M Lab were asked to develop proposals for a Gym and Spa in the basement of a large town house in London. Responding to the client’s desire for a clean yet luxurious space a rich material palette evolved with certain key bespoke feature elements. Black polished plaster, full height mirror panels, teak and glass tiles help define a compact space into distinct entities.

A bespoke Black, Gold and Grey bamboo pattern was developed with Bisazza as the central feature piece behind a bespoke spa. All spaces except the WC are separated with single and double glazed screens creating a very open feel to the space.  2 no metal screen with abstract patterns cut into them act as the other embellishment in the space
